BLUE Guide Hospitality/Guest Relation (m/f/d)


Facilitator and point of contact: As a member of the BLUE Guide Hospitality team, you play an important role as a host in TUI BLUE Hotels. You will be responsible for hospitality and communications with guests in a service-oriented and interactive way and on an equal footing. You will also organise and implement group activities for guests such as joint hotel tours and special holiday experiences. Your tasks will also include advising guests on excursions and providing them with exciting insider tips. You will be a competent point of contact for guests to express their wishes or complaints, and your open and problem-solving approach will ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. As a representative of the TUI BLUE brand, you will ensure the TUI BLUE philosophy is put into effect, for example with regular hotel tours.

  • Completed training and initial professional experience in the service sector, preferably in the hotel industry or in travel management
  • Service-oriented, charismatic and a high level of social skills
  • Motivational abilities and enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Very good organisational skills in creating and delivering group-based holiday experiences
  • Confident at using of mobile devices and social media channels (e.g. smartphone, tablet, app use, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Knowledge of location and ability to provide insider tips (culture, region, cuisine)
  • Ability to work Independently and with an open-minded attitude
  • Strong communication skills paired with a facilitator mentality
  • High resilience and awareness of quality issues, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Initial experience in successful complaints management desirable
  • Fluent language skills: German, English, local language
