Description | As BLUE Guide Manager you will be actively involved in providing information and actively shaping the holidays of our guests and will be the first point of contact for guests. Your excellent problem-solving abilities and professional complaint management will ensure the full satisfaction of guests. You always prioritise the needs and wishes of guests when organising groups (e.g. joint tours of the hotel) and advising on excursions. As BLUE Guide Manager you will also be a representative of TUI BLUE marketing features and be responsible for presenting and delivering BLUE Guide functions. As well as professional leadership responsibilities for BLUE Guides, you are also a contact person for the BLUE GUIDE concept and for proactive guest relationship management. You will also regularly report to the head office including quality reports. |
