BLUE Guide Media & Inhouse Marketing (m/f/d)


As a member of the Media & Inhouse Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing hotel social media strategies and activities – e.g. on Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and Instagram – for our modern TUI BLUE hotel brand. This includes reporting on the unique experiences at TUI BLUE and managing, maintaining and organising the TUI BLUE app for the respective hotel. You will also develop content for digital displays and coordinate the digitalisation of the range of specialist offers. With creativity and enthusiasm, you will develop and coordinate social media content in line with the marketing and communication strategy. You will conduct active target-group dialogues and also be responsible for social monitoring. You tasks will also include processing of hotel rating portals (such as Holidaycheck and Tripadvisor) and quality monitoring, and reporting to the hotel head office.

  • Training/professional experience in media/online marketing/social media
  • Enthusiasm for digital communication
  • Confident in using social media tools and networks
  • Confident in writing online content
  • Experience in the use of image and video editing software as well as basic knowledge of graphic design
  • Creativity and a feel for appealing presentations and content
  • Independent approach to work with strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and English as well as good to very good knowledge of the respective local language
