As Chef de Partie you will be the undisputed specialist in your area of the kitchen. With quality meals as your highest priority, you will amaze our guests with culinary highlights and unforgettable eating experiences. You will also have the opportunity to present your artistry directly to our guests at gala evenings, in the speciality restaurant or at live cooking events, mesmerising the audience with your expertise. With your know-how and finely tuned instinct for that special extra touch, you will have our guests on a culinary cloud nine and your creations will linger on as unique memories even after the holiday is over.

Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as a chef and ideally with initial experience as Chef de Partie in the high-end hotel sector
  • Quality-conscious and creative
  • Fun in preparing fresh, local produce
  • Ability to work in a team, keen to develop professionally and flexible
  • Very good German language skills
