TUI BLUE Kalamota Island (Croatia) is looking for an outstanding Executive Chef who will manage all kitchen operations in the hotel. The role will include Stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customers expectation. The Executive Chef will require to have an Island experience and the job is open for Croatian nationals and other EU members.
