F&B Manager (m/f/d)

Description

As F&B Manager you ensure the satisfaction of our guests and uphold the highest standards of service whether in the bar or restaurant areas. In addition, you will be planning, coordinating and monitoring all gastronomic activities in the hotel. Alongside creating and monitoring all duty rosters, you will also be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of various F&B events, such as a sunset barbecue on the beach. As F&B Manager, you will provide responsible leadership to your team and motivate them to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry/gastronomy
  • Experience in F&B management
  • High professional ability and fun in interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Smart appearance and polite manner
  • Talented organiser and a problem-solving approach to tasks
  • Resilient, able to work in a team, creative
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), ideally with knowledge of the local language
