Gold Delivery Team Leader
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Ensure that all aspects of the GOLD experience are implemented and delivered according to the concept specifications – monitoring/analysing Concept and quality standards -initialize action plans
• Managing and motivate the whole GOLD team to meet targets, deliver the concept programme and services and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain a strong relationship with Hotel Management, EDTM, SDTM, TUI MM and Concept Team
• Ensure that the GOLD philosophy is implemented and delivered – coordinate within the team to offer a seamless service with an enhaced visibility and a one team ethos
• Deliver & Promote the TUI App
• Understand fully the GOLD guests journey and needs, continually observing your team in action at the hotel and airport
• Ensure that all issues that our guests bring to our attention in resort are resolved ideally within 24 hours and that your teams offer a seamless and fast solution
• Ensure an appropriate and consistent service is delivered at every customer touch-point, and as such this impacts positively on company/brand perception
• Ensure all aspects of Gold successfully operates to the relevant specification guidelines, ensuring all action plans you set for the hotelier are implemented and reviewed
