BLUE Guide Manager (FAMILY FUN)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ensure that all aspects of the TUI BLUE experience are implemented and delivered according to the concept specifications.
You will be monitoring and analyzing concept and quality standards to develop action plans to deliver results and exceed guests’ expectations.
You will manage and motivate the whole TUI BLUE team of between 15-30 members and will be able to create a one team ethos. You will also show strong leadership skills and passion.
Maintain a strong relationship with the Hotels General Management as well as key stakeholders across the TUI Group.
BLUE Guide Team Leader (ADULTS)
ABOUT THE ROLE

Childcare Delivery Team Leader
ABOUT THE ROLE
• You will be leading and developing your team to ensure that childcare delivery in your area offers a varied, innovative, and creative programme in a fun and safe environment. Your team may be located across geographies meaning travel would be required.
• You will maintain the quality of all services by adhering to the childcare handbooks and company policies and give guidance when queries arise
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with the Hotel Management and internal teams
• You will take accountability for ensuring that inventory, stock control and quality targets and requirements are met and achieved, escalating any discrepancies when necessary.
Childcare Delivery Team Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be leading and developing your team and team leader(s) to ensure that childcare delivery in your area offers a varied, innovative, and creative programme in a fun and safe environment In line with all handbooks, policies, and procedures. Your team may be located across geographies meaning travel would be required.
You will work as part of the wider team with resort management responsibilities including childcare staff resource planning and retention in addition to training, supporting staff qualifications, resort inductions, financial management and day to day HR management. You will do this by building and maintaining strong relationships with the resort team, concept delivery team, staff, partners, and guests.
You will also take accountability for ensuring that inventory, stock control and quality requirements are met and achieved. You will escalate any discrepancies when necessary.
Finally, you will be the childcare specialist and use your knowledge, decision making, planning and expertise to assist with all childcare queries and make innovative suggestions for future delivery based on staff and guest feedback.
Entertainment & Activity Host (ADULTS)
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Our concept hotels vary in size and guest profile and so may the size of your international team.
• In our stunning TUI BLUE hotels, you will be hosting activities such as French boules, shuffleboard, and beach volley. You will also be creating local experiences, secret walks, cooking and cocktail demos.
• By night you will transform to be the queen or king of ambience. Setting the scene and hosting theme nights and low-key live entertainment.
• You may additionally support the setup and maintenance of your valuable hotel sound system.
• You will always help your TUI colleagues by answering any guest questions and solving problems and best of all you can monitor and celebrate success with your regular real guest feedback results.

Responsible for the daytime and evening activities/entertainment for children, teens, and families.

Responsible for the High Season Sports & Activities Programmes, including the teens programme.
You will plan and deliver a wide range of sport sessions, daytime and evening activities, and family events to our guests of all ages and nationalities.
Coaching children in football, tennis, etc., adapting to varying abilities and following the guidelines provided.
You also actively sell and promote your sessions to encourage maximum attendance.
Your focus will be on the family programmes, taking part in event such as team days, events to support your teams, and deliver the best possible holiday experience especially for our young guests.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery and the overall quality of our Entertainment across a number of our resorts.
