Holiday Villages Academies Team Leader – New to Role

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be leading, developing, and supporting your team and oversee the Football and Swim programme to ensure it satisfies all our guests.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that all the Health & Safety checks, operating procedures, and any observations and assessments are carried out throughout the season.

You feel confident to complete monthly reports which include finance, guest satisfaction and stock level controls.

As an Academies Team Leader you are also a working member of the team as either a Football Coach or Swim Instructor. Someone who leads by example and is part of the Academies overall staff headcount.

Holiday Villages Baby Club Host – New to Role

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create and deliver a magical and developmental programme for our kids aged 0-3.
• Our Crèche Reps will also be caring, changing and feeding babies and infants 0-3.
• Regular event participation such as team days, parades and evening party dances.
• Ensuring our high childcare standards and health & safety guidelines are followed.
• Helping your TUI colleagues by answering parent questions and solving problems.
• You can monitor and celebrate success with regular guest feedback results.

Holiday Villages Childcare Supervisor – New to Role

ABOUT THE JOB
• Create and supervise a magical and developmental programme for our kids aged 0-3.
• Lead a small national or international Childcare Team in a fun but safe environment.
• Regular event participation such as team days, parades and evening party dances.
• Ensuring our high childcare standards and health & safety guidelines are followed.
• Helping your TUI colleagues by answering parent questions and solving problems.
• Coach, guide and manage team performance – celebrate success using weekly guest feedback results.

Holiday Villages Delivery Manager – New to Role

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will manage the overall operation and performance of the Holiday Villages achieving set targets, additionally you will have the staff welfare of between 27-40 members including 3rd party suppliers.

Part of that will be leading, developing, and supporting your team and ensure that all Holiday Villages experiences are delivered to our specification and brochure promise.

You will be able to create a one team ethos and show great leadership skills and passion. It will all result in the delivery of an excellent holiday experience for all our guests.

Finally, you will also make sure to maintain a strong relationship with the General Hotel Management as well as other stakeholders and colleagues.

Holiday Villages Football Coach – New to Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be delivering fun, professional and safe football/soccer coaching sessions to adults and kids aged 4-16 years.

Coaching kids of varying abilities following the coaching guidelines provided.

Actively selling and promoting your sessions to encourage maximum attendance.

Regular event participation such as team days and shows or evening party dances in kids disco.

You will learn more about Holiday Villages and the job role throughout your recruitment experience.

Holiday Villages Swim Coach – New to Role

ABOUT THE ROLE 

You will be delivering fun, professional and safe swim lessons to adults and kids aged 3 and above.

Tailoring your lessons to support the technical progression of varying abilities of guests whilst following the guidelines provided.

Actively sell and promote your lessons to encourage maximum attendance.

Regular event participation such as team days and shows or evening party dances in kids disco.
