Lead, develop, and support your team while overseeing Football and Swim programmes to meet guest expectations.
Actively work as a Coach or Instructor, leading by example as part of the operational headcount.
Manage team schedules, app updates, and monthly reports covering finance, CSQ/guest KPIs, and stock control.
Ensure all Health & Safety checks, procedures, observations, and assessments are completed throughout the season.

Holiday Village Experience Manager – Experienced

Overall responsibility for HOLIDAY VILLAGES Delivery and Team Performance.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manage the overall operation and performance of the Holiday Village achieving set targets ensuring the Holiday Villages experience is delivered to our specification and brochure promise.
Part of that will be leading, developing, and supporting your team and including management of 3rd party suppliers.
Manage specialist roles with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to lead by example, coach performance, and foster a positive, guest-centric team culture.
Ensure smooth team organisation, welfare, and adherence to HR procedures, supporting staff development and training,
High digital confidence, with experience managing content and communication across guest-facing platforms such as mobile apps, info screens, or social media.
Proactively resolve guest concerns and coach your team in sales through service to meet revenue targets.
You will be able to create a one team ethos and show great leadership skills and passion. It will all result in the delivery of an excellent holiday experience for all our guests.
Finally, you will also make sure to maintain a strong relationship with the Hotel Management as well as other stakeholders and colleagues.
Holiday Villages Baby Club Host – Experienced
ACCOUNTABILITY / RESPONSIBILITY
Delivery of childcare activities to the highest standards and pre set guidelines for 0 – 3 year olds
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements.
Holiday Villages Childcare Supervisor – Experienced
ABOUT THE JOB
• Create and supervise a magical and developmental programme for our kids aged 0-3.
• Lead a small national or international Childcare Team in a fun but safe environment.
• Regular event participation such as team days, parades and evening party dances.
• Ensuring our high childcare standards and health & safety guidelines are followed.
• Helping your TUI colleagues by answering parent questions and solving problems.

You will be delivering fun, professional, and safe football coaching sessions to adults and kids aged 4-16 years along with some sports & fitness sessions to families & adults.
Coaching kids of varying abilities following the coaching guidelines provided.
You also actively sell and promote your lessons to encourage maximum attendance.
And finally, you will regularly take part in events such as team days and presentations to support your teams and deliver the best possible holiday experience, especially for our young guests. ”
Holiday Villages Swim Coach – Experienced

Responsible for the delivery of swim school operation
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will be delivering fun, professional, and safe swim lessons from toddlers to adults, along with some other water based activities.
Tailoring your lessons to support the technical progression of varying abilities of guests whilst following the guidelines provided.
You also actively sell and promote your lessons to encourage maximum attendance.
And finally, you will regularly take part in events such as team days and presentations to support your programme, your teams, and deliver the best possible holiday experience, especially for our young guests.
