ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be leading and developing your team and team leader(s) to ensure that childcare delivery in your area offers a varied, innovative, and creative programme in a fun and safe environment In line with all handbooks, policies, and procedures. Your team may be located across geographies meaning travel would be required.
You will work as part of the wider team with resort management responsibilities including childcare staff resource planning and retention in addition to training, supporting staff qualifications, resort inductions, financial management and day to day HR management. You will do this by building and maintaining strong relationships with the resort team, concept delivery team, staff, partners, and guests.
You will also take accountability for ensuring that inventory, stock control and quality requirements are met and achieved. You will escalate any discrepancies when necessary.
Finally, you will be the childcare specialist and use your knowledge, decision making, planning and expertise to assist with all childcare queries and make innovative suggestions for future delivery based on staff and guest feedback.

ABOUT THE JOB
• Your role as Sensatori Expert will be to lead and deliver the new Sensatori pre-departure concierge service. Focused on designing and updating the content on the new Sensatori Experience microsite. You will manage and create the BLUE App enhanced Sensatori content including the chat function.
• You will be responsible for managing the hotel content database, online products, services, systems and owning the uptake of the BLUE App including archiving and quality-checking.
• Collaborating with the Blue Guide Rep team and the wider team of specialists will be an integral part of your role. Ensuring a seamless service for the guest by coordinating, advising and proactively resolving queries.
