In TUI, every colleague orders their uniform online. You will receive your login details (username and password) automatically from the supplier, after you have been offered your placement and accepted it. Should this not be the case, contact your local Operations Support team. You should place your order as soon as possible, but definitely before leaving for destination.
In TUI BLUE For Families Please make sure that it says TUI BLUE on your order form link – if not contact the person who emailed you and ask them to adjust it for you. It is important, that you order your “normal” clothing size, so that our uniform will fit. In most cases a belt will fix it. In resort we have some spare uniforms stored.
This depends. If you live in the country where the training will take place, you will be asked to organise your journey to the training venue yourself. If you have to fly to the training we will book your flights in and out. In case of traveling from training directly to the summer destination, we will let you know in advance and give you your onward travel information.
