• In our stunning TUI BLUE hotels, you will be hosting activities such as French boules, shuffleboard, and beach volley. You will also be creating local experiences, secret walks, cooking and cocktail demos.
• By night you will transform to be the queen or king of ambience. Setting the scene and hosting theme nights and low-key live entertainment.
• You may additionally support the setup and maintenance of your valuable hotel sound system.
• You will always help your TUI colleagues by answering any guest questions and solving problems and best of all you can monitor and celebrate success with your regular real guest feedback results.
You will create and deliver a wide range of group fitness sessions, including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and sessions to music, as well as wellbeing classes to our guests of all ages and nationalities.
You will also plan and deliver a wide range of daytime, sport, and evening entertainment.
You will be flexible to step in and out, around your allocated destination’s resorts to cover any absence or event required, which may also involve coaching / mentoring new instructors or existing members of the team in need of fitness support.
You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.
And you deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
You will complete our in-house Jumper training throughout your inductions and start of season training experience.

Sports Host (FAMILY FUN) – Experienced
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for the delivery of the High Season Sports & Activities Programmes, including the teens programme and youth (7-12s) programme in collaboration with the Childcare team.
You will plan and deliver a wide range of sport sessions, daytime and evening, and family events to our guests of all ages and nationalities.
Coaching children in football, tennis, etc., adapting to varying abilities and following the guidelines provided.
You also actively sell and promote your sessions to encourage maximum attendance.
Your focus will be on the sports programmes, taking part in event such as team days, events to support your teams, and deliver the best possible holiday experience especially for our young guests.
TUI BLUE Experience Manager (ADULTS ONLY) – Experienced
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Ensure that all aspects of the TUI BLUE experience are implemented and delivered according to the concept specifications.
• You will be monitoring and analyzing concept and quality standards to develop action plans to deliver results and exceed guests’ expectations.
• You will manage and motivate the whole TUI BLUE team of between 4-6 members and will be able to create a one team ethos. You will also show strong leadership skills and passion via team meetings, daytime/evening activities and events.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the Hotels General Management as well as key stakeholders across the TUI Group.
As part of our preparations for 2026, all TUI BLUE Experience Managers are required to attend face-to-face training this year.
This is due to the migration of the back end of the BLUE App, which will introduce a new system that all TUI BLUE Experience Managers need to be onboarded to.
The training will ensure everyone is fully confident using the updated platform and aligned on the new processes before the season begins.
We are therefore delighted to welcome you to our training, which will take place in Antalya, Turkey.
Please note that attendance is mandatory.

As part of our preparations for 2026, all TUI BLUE Experience Managers are required to attend face-to-face training this year.
