Manage a diverse team including entertainment, fitness, activities, and childcare specialists, ensuring safety and quality.
Oversee team organisation, welfare, and HR procedures, supporting staff development and adherance to company policies.
Analyse guest feedback and quality metrics to identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
Manage and update digital guest channels (BLUE App, social media), ensuring accurate, brand-aligned content.
Resolve guest requests and complaints efficiently, coaching teams to maximise sales through service excellence.
Coordinate events, VIP visits, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall guest journey.
