For all new team members, it’s important to us to share our knowledge with you, so you can start your work feeling confident and enjoy it to the fullest.
Therefore, participation in the below pre-season face to face training is mandatory.

Entertainment & Activities Host
- Face to face training completed, for late starters training in destination
Kids’ Club Host / Baby Club Host / Childcare Supervisor
- Face to face training completed
- Virtual training 8th -10th June or 22nd – 24th June 2026
Additionally for Childcare Supervisors
- Face to face training completed
- Virtual training 2nd – 3rd June 2026
Swim Coaches
- Face to face training – 2nd – 9th June 2026: TUI BLUE
Sport Hosts / Football Coaches
- Face to face training – 2nd – 9th June 2026: Sport Hosts, all labels (High Season Support)
Fitness Instructor
- Face to face training completed
- Virtual training 5th – 16th May 2026 (including license training)
Sensatori Expert
- Face to face training completed, for late starters training in destination
TUI BLUE Experience Manager
- Face to face training completed, for late starters training in destination
