You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements.
Childcare Delivery Team Leader – Experienced

Overall delivery of childcare programmes at resort specific level, ensuring guest experience is at its highest, teams are motivated and adhering to operational guidelines. Responsible for supporting with HR matters of all childcare staff, key link in to Concepts
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will be leading and developing your team to ensure that childcare delivery in your area offers a varied, innovative, and creative programme in a fun and safe environment. Your team may be located across geographies meaning travel would be required.
You will maintain the quality of all services by adhering to the childcare handbooks and company policies and give guidance when queries arise
You will build and maintain strong relationships with the Hotel Management and internal teams
You will take accountability for ensuring that inventory, stock control and quality targets and requirements are met and achieved, escalating any discrepancies when necessary.
Childcare Delivery Team Manager – Experienced
ACCOUNTABILITY / RESPONSIBILITY
Overall delivery of childcare programmes at destination level, ensuring guest experience is at its highest, teams are motivated and adhering to operational guidelines. Responsible for all HR matters of all childcare staff, training and development of teams, reporting lines and key link in to Concepts.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will be leading and developing your team and team leader(s) to ensure that childcare delivery in your area offers a varied, innovative, and creative programme in a fun and safe environment In line with all handbooks, policies, and procedures. Your team may be located across geographies meaning travel would be required.
You will work as part of the wider team with resort management responsibilities including childcare staff resource planning and retention in addition to training, supporting staff qualifications, resort inductions, financial management and day to day HR management. You will do this by building and maintaining strong relationships with the resort team, concept delivery team, staff, partners, and guests.
You will also take accountability for ensuring that inventory, stock control and quality requirements are met and achieved. You will escalate any discrepancies when necessary.
Finally, you will be the childcare specialist and use your knowledge, decision making, planning and expertise to assist with all childcare queries and make innovative suggestions for future delivery based on staff and guest feedback.
Childcare Supervisor – Experienced
ACCOUNTABILITY / RESPONSIBILITY
Overall delivery of BabyClub and Kids Club, ensuring guest experience is at its highest, teams are motivated and adhering to operational guidelines. Feeding back to CDTM, TBEM & HVDM weekly on operations and audit figures.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will create, deliver and supervise a fun & exciting age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
Lead a national or international team in a fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance in addition to celebrating success using weekly guest feedback.
You also ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest standards, as set out in the childcare handbook.
And finally, you will support your TUI colleagues by answering parents/guardians’ questions and solving problems.
Kids’ Club Host – Experienced
