Entertainment Delivery Team Manager – New to Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for managing the delivery and the overall quality of our Entertainment across a number of our resorts.

You will manage your teams and any staff changes ensuring you liaise with the relevant departments, and to provide cover where needed.

You also make sure to drive high performance and achieve targets by motivating and developing your teams.

You will develop excellent relations with key business partners and TUI Group internal and external stakeholders.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Our concept hotels vary in size and guest profile and so may the size of your international team.
• We search for star family entertainers in TUI SUNEO to be great all-rounders, hosting your very own activities throughout the day and evenings.
• You may additionally support the setup and maintenance of your valuable hotel sound system.
• You will always help your TUI colleagues by answering any guest questions and solving problems and best of all you can monitor and celebrate success with your regular real guest feedback results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Leading an international team of talented and skilled entertainers, sports and/or fitness specialists.

Leading by example by planning, coordinating and delivering a wide range of daytime, sport, and evening entertainment to our guests of all ages and nationalities.

Building strong relationships across the resort with all members of the team, whilst also engaging consistently with our guests.

Deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
