Entertainment Delivery Team Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Manage delivery of entertainment programs, providing feedback and consultancy through regular monitoring of performance
• Managing all of the in-resort entertainment operations for both TUI and third party (TUI BLUE and GOLD)
• Coordinating between local HR Services/TUI MM Placements team and in resort teams for any staff changes within your units. Providing relevant cover where needed  
• Completing all necessary reports and administrative tasks and ensuring that start and end of season inventory checks are completed on all entertainment support materials, as well as implementing a control system to keep materials in good condition.
• You will influence, motivate and develop a highly effective entertainment team, set clear goals and provide guidance and direction, following the local regulations
• You will develop excellent relations with key business partners and TUI Group internal and external customers

• By night you will transform to be the queen or king of ambience. Setting the scene and hosting theme nights and low-key live entertainment.
• You may additionally support the setup and maintenance of your valuable hotel sound system.
